Market value appraisals for private parties, institutional lenders, insurance valuations, feasibility and investment analyses, portfolio management and audit, appraisal review.

Areas of specialization include commercial and industrial properties, special purpose properties including entertainment businesses, government and institutional property, transient lodging, marina and waterfront land uses, special interest and public interest properties including conservation easements, parkland, ocean frontages, leases and easements for all purposes.

Litigation Related Practice
